Chef Laura—

Laura was born in New York City to second generation Sicilian Italian Americans. Her father ignited a passion for cooking. She loves taking regional local foods and fusing Italian flavors into her dishes.

Chef Aniello—

Aniello was born in Quindici, Italy near Naples. He immigrated to the United States when he was eight years old and followed his mother into the kitchen to learn all of her authentic Italian recipes.

Together, they are excited to offer you Italian dishes from all over Italy.
